If MCI has a billing agreement with your local carrier, charges for 10-10-321 calls will automatically appear on your local telephone bill in a section labeled "Telecom*USA"*. Your local telephone bill will include the date, time, number, city/ county called, length and charge for each call, along with applicable taxes and Federal Universal Service Fees. MCI will bill you directly if we do not have a billing agreement with your local carrier.
